YOUTH & TEEN TRAINING

Our Youth and Teen Strength & Conditioning sessions are designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of functional movement while building a strong foundation for long-term athletic success. Through expertly programmed workouts, they will develop essential skills in strength, speed, agility, and endurance — helping them perform at their best in any sport.


This program is ideal for young athletes looking to enhance their physical capabilities, whether they aim to get bigger, faster, and stronger for competition or simply improve overall fitness and injury resilience. Under the guidance of Angus, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Registered Kinesiologist, athletes will focus on proper movement mechanics, progressive strength training, and conditioning to maximize performance.


No matter the sport or experience level, our sessions provide the tools and coaching necessary to take athletic development to the next level.




YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING:

AGES 10-12

Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7pm


TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: 
GRADES 7 & 8

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6pm
