Focusing on proper form and safe weight training practices, our STRENGTH classes are split on Tuesdays and Thursdays in three-week program cycles. Combining main lifts (squat on Tuesdays, deadlift on Thursdays) with accessory, hypertrophy and conditioning work, you will build full-body strength in this specially-designed programming. STRENGTH classes are all about progressive overload: each program, we play with the weight, resistance, reps and volume so you can continually gain muscle growth, strength, and endurance.
Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance. Our trainers incorporate a variety of exercises to target different muscle groups and keep things interesting. Expect dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometrics and cardio machines. You can always move at your own pace, so HIIT is a safe and enjoyable class style for ALL levels!
Our Saturday morning HYBRID class ensures you get the best of both worlds, combining cardio and strength in a circuit-style workout. You’ll move through 15 stations: 40 seconds of maximum effort and 25 seconds of rest. After completing 2 rounds of the circuit, there’s 10 minutes of core work before you can enjoy the rest of your weekend. Expect to socialize and shop at our lululemon boutique after class :)
Our Wednesday noon STRENGTH HYBRID class is a mix of functional training combined with classic weight training and a HIIT blast in the middle. The workout is 70% strength and 30% cardio, designed for those who want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on building strength and muscle tone.
Our Friday noon SWEAT class is a full body strength & conditioning class that will leave you dripping in sweat and feeling awesome. The workout is 70% cardio and 30% strength to keep your heart rate up throughout the entire class as you complete the circuits.
