For athletes looking to increase speed, agility, improved conditioning, increased acceleration and power, strength, and mobility.
Our off-season training program begins with a thorough movement screening to design the athlete’s personalized training program. Each 4-week phase consists of 3-4 workouts and 1 field day per week. Athletes will enjoy the flexibility to execute their training program during a wide range of set hours, all while being coached by Josh and Angus, our Strength & Conditioning Specialists. Josh and Angus hold an advantage in a highly competitive industry due to their higher qualification status, including a University bachelor’s degree, compared to a standard Personal Training Certificate. They are specifically trained on how to identify poor movement qualities, relate poor movement quality to sports performance and injury risk, and how to adapt programming to suit the needs of individual athletes.

Cost:
◦ $500 + tax per 4 week phase (28 days)
