Sport specific training programs for football, hockey and general athletes. Training groups and times are categorized by age and sport. These programs are for athletes looking to take their sport to the next level and increase speed, agility, conditioning, acceleration, power, strength and mobility. Programs are run by Strength & Conditioning Coaches Josh Maveety (UFIT Owner) and Angus McRae (R. Kin). Available early May to late August.
