IN THE COMMUNITY #YGK

Everyone at UFIT is part of our ‘UFIT Family,’ and friendships and partnerships are built both at the gym and by participating in local events, like the Cannonball Crush. We are always looking to give back to the Kingston community and support local (especially our client’s) businesses. Every year, UFIT hosts a Bootcamp for Breast Cancer and a Battle of the Gyms Row-Off, where other gyms in Kingston come to UFIT for a friendly competition row-off.
